This was a brand-new display Townhouse. Our client was the developer who required a furniture package that they could purchase and use in their display home for upto 12 months. They later sold the furniture packages with each of the townhouses as an incentive for Buyers to purchase their townhouses. 

Our style focus was for the first-home buyer to intermediate buyer. The staging had to be on-trend, fresh and modern but also logical and functional. We loved mixing soft colours and plush furnishings fit for a young family or a couple.
